# Resevu

> Resevu is an online booking and planning platform for massage, wellness and salon businesses. It brings online booking, calendars, team planning, client records, communication and optional payment and integration features together.

Resevu helps businesses manage their booking flow from one system:

- Clients book through a widget on the business's website. The widget uses configured services, employee skills, work schedules and exceptions to show available times.
- The system supports individual appointments and duo bookings when the configured services and availability allow them.
- Day and week calendars connect appointments with employees, services and availability.
- Confirmations, updates, cancellations and scheduled reminders can be sent from configurable email templates.
- Client profiles bring contact details and booking history together. Coupons and gift vouchers are available in supported flows.
- Online payments, deposits and online gift vouchers require the payments feature and a valid Mollie configuration.
- Google Calendar sync requires Google sync to be enabled and the employee to connect a Google account.
- Medical intake and the banlist depend on the selected package or tenant configuration.
- Public information is available in Dutch and English. The booking flow can follow the client's language.

Commercial context:

- Resevu offers three monthly tiers based on team size. Always use the pricing page as the current source for package names, prices, employee limits and add-ons.
- A trial lasts three months and is limited to one trial per company and payment method. Activation requires email and payment-method verification through Mollie.
- After the trial, billing continues on the selected monthly package unless the subscription is scheduled to end.
- Support for a data migration depends on the structure and available fields in the supplied export; an import is not guaranteed.
