From booking to payment
When online payments are enabled, Resevu can request a deposit or the full amount during booking. The client completes payment with the payment provider and then returns to the booking flow.
Resevu currently supports Mollie as its only payment processor for online payments.
A payment may temporarily have a status such as pending. Resevu processes status updates from the payment provider and links them to the correct booking.
What an admin checks
- the configured currency;
- the deposit amount or percentage;
- whether full payment is allowed;
- the payment status on the relevant booking.
The integration uses protected tenant settings. API keys, technical callback addresses and internal error details are therefore never shown in public help content.
